Addicted 2 Lip Balm was created by Leah O’Neill out of frustration with a lack of a one-stop-shop for Lip Balm products and a real passion for Lip Care. The online store opened in 2009. Ms O’Neill is the owner and Managing Director of Addicted 2 Lip Balm, a 100% Australian owned and operated business.
